Public company disclosure demands more time than it should.

Your disclosure obligations depend on information from across the organization—from financial results and operational developments to governance decisions, transactions and corporate changes.

Bringing that information together, validating it and ensuring it is reflected appropriately requires significant time and attention from management, finance teams and legal advisers.

But their value isn’t in moving information. It’s in understanding what it means.

Too much of the disclosure process still requires highly skilled people to gather, organize and validate information before they can apply the judgment and expertise they were brought in to provide.

SmartIssuer is being built to give that time back.

By reducing the manual effort surrounding disclosure, SmartIssuer gives your team more capacity to focus on the analysis, judgment and strategic decisions that deserve their attention.
